Course of a Different Color is an underground dining club. We do not engage in subterranean dining (although that could be fun!) but throw, at random dates throughout the year, dinner parties with 25 or 30 of your closest strangers in secretive locations around Dallas. A cross between dining in a fine restaurant and a dinner party - where everyone invited shares a love of great food, fine wine and good company. Each "Course" is by invitation only, and will be held in unique locations - from private homes and lofts, to warehouses, commercial spaces and farms - undisclosed until the day of the dinner (read: underground!).
Just as a fine wine changes as it breathes and evolves over time, so will the “Courses” offered to you from “Course of a Different Color”. The locations will not only change but the menu will be different each time. The food might reflect the theme, type of cuisine, a season, or maybe the location of the night's festivities. In addition, the chefs doing the cooking will be selected based on the theme. Sometimes, cocktails and wine will be included and others time you will be directed on how to BYOB.
Underground dining clubs were rated the 2nd, 3rd and 4th favorite things to do by Food and Wine Magazine in their April 2010 edition on favorite things!
Come Join Us one of our Courses!
